watching the glass break
the valubles crash
the pictures burn
these memories just seem to be here to break me
all those great nights
all those picture perfect memories
seem to be gone without a trace
and i wish that for just once you'd answer me
maybe tell me your side of this old story
so i can sit in a room filled with windows
and know that they aren't going to break
and so i can fight this fire stopping it from burning everything up
then i can sit somewhere and no earthquake is going to shake
then i can stop breaking
and all these memories that turned into enemies
can go away.
