Today I saw a commercial for The Suite Life series finale, and it finally sank in that I'm growing up.
Everything's ending. Hannah Montana, The Suite Life, all of the things we grew up with are gone. No more gameboys, or Skip-its. Remember those? Emma Roberts was the girl on Unfabulous, not in scary movies. Remember Moze from Ned's? She was a tomboy who was just having her first kiss, not making out with girls on Pretty Little Liars. The Rugrats have all grown up, and if you ask anyone under the age of 13 if they remember All That and Kenan and Kel, you'll most likely get no for an answer. Limited Too went out of business and Disney actually has people kissing in their movies. If you said M&M, everyone thought you were talking about the candy, not the rapper. We played computer games, you know? The ones you actually bought in a store on a disc?
When you could still dress up on Halloween and people didn't stare and you could still fit on top of your daddy's shoulders?
I just miss those days.....
I just miss being a child♡
