torn between. chapter 1.
“I can’t believe we’re going to college!” I screamed in excitement.
"“I know! This is craziness! We’re been through middle school and high school together and now we’re going to college together!” Anneka said as we put our suitcases in my car boot.
I started up the car as we rode along the old rigged road. It was about a two hour drive.
"So they put us in the same dorm didn't they?" Anneka asked.
“Yeah I’m pretty sure. ” She nodded and grabbed a pillow from the backseat and pushed it up against the window laying her head on it.
I smiled and focused my concentration back onto the road. There wasn’t to much traffic driving to the college but it felt so long.
I saw the college sign up ahead. “WE’RE HERE ANNEKA! WAKE UP!” I said excitedly.
She slowly opened her eyes, looking ahead and clapped her hands, with a big smile on her face. As we pulled into the college car park we noticed that there were already so many people! They all seemed pretty friendly and a lot of the guys were really good looking. Once we finally found a car park we walked over to the college office to get our dorm key and timetable. The school work didn’t start until next week, and everyone wanted to settle in early. We made our way back to the car, getting all of our suitcases and struggled to make our way up to our dorm. We were both the clumsiest girls you’d ever meet and it was quite a site to see.
I reached for the key in my pocket and clicked the key into the door.
“You’re turning it the wrong way you twit!” Anneka said to me, loudly. I looked around embarrassed making sure no one had heard.
“Shh! You do it then idiot!” I whispered back to her.
I pushed the door as Anneka twisted the handle. We both fell into the door as it opened easily and I looked over at Anneka jumping up and down.
“SHIIIT! I kicked my toe!” She said looking down at it jumping up and down.
I laughed and turn around to find two guys sitting on the couch staring at us..

torn between. chapter 2.
Laughter came from the both of them as they got off the couch and leant there hands out towards us.
“Hey I’m Justin.” He was tall with brown hair light blue eyes. His skanned was tanned and flawless. I don’t think i had ever seen such an attractive guy in my life.
“Ni-Nice to meet you.” I smiled. “I’m Emily.”
“Nice to meet you to!” His smile was amazing.
I turned around to see the other guy talking to Anneka.
He looked over at me and smiled. “Hey i’m Heath.” He was no where near as outgoing and good looking as what Justin was, but he definately wasn’t ugly. He has sort of curly hair and was of medium height. “Emily.” I said smiling.
I turned back to Justin. “Did you want me to help you carry your suitcases up to your room?” He asked me.
My heart felt like it had never beat so fast in its life.
“Yes, please! I have quite a lot.” I laughed.
He picked up two of the heaviest suitcases from outside the door and walked upstairs. I followed him up with my last one. We entered a room with two single beds, a small fridge, a big window overlooking the campus and a flat screen TV.
“Which bed would you like?” He asked.
“I’ll have the one closest to the door thanks.” I replied.
“Easier to sneak out that way, huh?” He winked.
I laughed as we walked back down the stairs to find Anneka and Heath still talking. We looked at each other and smiled.
“Looks like they’ve got a connection.” I teased. I didn’t think i had said it as loud as i did, but the voices of Anneka and Heath stopped as they looked at me.
I saw Anneka’s face go red as she asked me to help her take her suitcases upstairs.
We walked back up the stairs and as we entered our room she violently slapped me as i fell on the bed laughing.
“You idiot! How embarrassing! I didn’t mention anything about Justin and how nervous you seemed! You could practically hear your heart beating out of your chest!”
“Oh please.” I replied, pretending not to know what she was talking about.
