Just a Thought
Couldn't help but think of the day you return.
Will I still or will I not?
The question puzzles my mind.
I say,' I love you', but, to my friends I say I can live without you.
The days I longed for when we would be together,
will I waste it now or keep you safe in my heart.
for better or worse you still remain mine.
While is deep thoughts I often say to myself.
"Is it just you I love. No, can't be that,
But will I love you the same way I did?
Will I be happy with you or will it be better without you?.
Question upon question I continue to ask myself but still I find no answer
But still I love you. Can't stop because I have tried.
Surely you must love me, too!
