Chernobyl.
Just this word can drive people to tears.
Chernobyl was a nuclear power plant accident which took place
April 26, 1986.
Cities left and right of Chernobyl were immediately evacuated and sent far away.
More than 170,000 people had to pack up their most valuable possesions and leave forever, because of the radioactive air.
Countless people died, and most are suffering, to this day, various types of disease.
They were all grateful for at least taking their last breath, years after this disaster.
Exept for Scarlett.
Scarlett was the age of 4 in th year 1986.
But she was abandoned in the ghost town of Chernobyl.

It's 2005, and Scarlett is 23.
Still living in Chernobyl, all alone.
