because obviously you don't understand.
i try so hard, every day, to make you like me.
i wake up in the morning and i wont wear something
if i think you wont like it.
i count down the minutes until i get to see you.
i fix my hair every single time i walk past you,
just in case.
i mess up my words when i talk to you because
you make me so nervous.

i really can't handle all this sadness all the time. not my own, though - a lot of my friends have been depressed lately and have been cutting and i want to talk to them and make them feel better, but it's like a big cloud of sad is over me all the time and i can't take it.

building a tunnel

it's a great idea, but i'm a little scared.

and crying

I thought it kind of meant something when you told me all of that. I thought that it made us closer and that I was actually special because I knew something about you that no one else did.

i actually tried cutting myself. i feel like im fat, ugly, & worthless.
like my friends dont care about me, they're just pretending.
and the scariest part?
it was easier than i thought it would be.
i didn't draw blood or anything... im too scared to do that.
but there's a little red line on my wrist, and on my hip too.

that it's really unfair that you're so flawless and i'm me.
i mean, i understand why you wouldn't wanna talk to me
all that much, because i'm not as smart as you deserve or as pretty as
you deserve or anything like that. i'm pretty damn
awkward in public and i can't even have a conversation with you
without dropping something, forgetting what i was going to say, or just
staring at you for longer than strictly necessary. i really hope it's not brutally
obvious that i'm crushing on you because i kind of like being
friends with you and i dont want to screw
