That's so good to hear, if she's trying to stop.
She's better than that. She deserves to be happy and do whatever it takes to show her that life gets better, you have to get through the rain to get the rainbow..
She doesn't want to have scars on her wrists when she's older, to remind her of these days when she felt helpless that she had to hurt herself to feel something..
She hurts herself on the outside to kill the pain on this inside.. That isn't fair.
Just stick with her through everything like You've been doing and just show her that no matter how alone she feels that she is NEVER alone.

Hey love,
I saw your quote about your friend cutting and there isn't anything you can do.
I thought the same thing when I noticed my friend was cutting. I couldn't stand the thought that If i didn't do something about it that if she cuts herself too deep, It can take just seconds for her to be dead.. I never knew.
I told someone. She found out that I told someone about it. She was so upset with me that she didn't talk to me for about 6 months.
Something was done about it, she got the help she needed. After not having her talk to me for 6 months, I went on my computer and I got a message from her saying how she's thankful that I told someone. That I saved her life. Because of me, she did notice that she was depressed and needed help. She finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. We are back to being good friends. She has the help that she needs.
She is just as far in as she'll ever be out.
If you notice it, then tell someoney ou trust and that you know will do something about it. Sooner or later, you're friend will understand you did it because you care about her, you love her. It might take a while, but I think she will see through after awhile.
Do something, before it's to late.
You can save her life. You can open her eyes more to things that she might not see.
Don't give up on her. Do something about it.
You care. Show it.
maybe she's waiting for someone to notice it. Maybe that's all she's waiting for.
I think that's the best choice to do.

Mmk, tell her I'm real sorry. And she's absolutely right I should've given her credit. I'll keep it in mind next time. Usually I'll leave the credit on the format but her's didn't have any so I didn't think of it. Oops.

Who's your friend? And stealing formats isn't a bad thing, if anything your friend should be happy I liked her format enough to post it again, not upset.
