you don't need to be thin to be beautiful. but i will help you, if you like. this is what i do.
1) diet. cut out all carbs and eat primarily proteins. salads with hard boiled eggs a much s possible. vinegar and oil dressing only (ranch etc. has too much unhealthy stuff) avoid any sort of high-glycemic food. (anything with corn syrup in it; anything with corn or soy in general- they are hard to digest.)
2) never eat fast food. like, ever.
3) exercise!!! (no running or jogging- it is bad for your hips and knees and ankles. use the elliptical trainer or bicycle- that's better for you.)
to keep going, i listen to really fast, upbeat music and just run/elipticalize in time to the beat. exercise your abs and gluts a lot. take dance classes at the gym and engage in aerobic exercise to stretch out your muscles and learn to be graceful (and dance real smexy ;)
ummm that's all i have for now. good luck! and keep me posted. let me know if you took my advice and what worked for you. once again, the best of luck! hope this helped!
