I hate the sight of tears, whether it is my own or somebody
else's. It shows weakness, not in the person crying, but in
me. The fact that I can't do anything good enough to help

Pressing 'submit' is harder when the content gets more personal. The fear of being discovered is
overwhelming and I do not think I can handle being caught so miserable. Especially since I act
as if I have overcame my every painful experience and everyone tells me how inspiring I am.
I really am not, but I do not have the ability to be truthful enough to confess this without hiding.

I hate doctors. I hate being told I have problems and I should get medicated.

I've a heart condition - no, I'm not making it up for
attention. I'm prone to heart attacks. The smallest
shock makes my chest ache so bad. It lasts for a
few moments, but it really gives me the worst. I
cannot even handle laughing without a chestache.

I can feel the attack coming from the pit of my stomach.
The anxiety is back, the pain is back. My heart is shrinking
into itself and I'm starting to feel the nausea kick in. I feel
the rage forming into a burning fireball. The urge to purge
is irresistable. I hate this feeling, but love how it hurts.
