   Secret Love
   Chapter 14
   Darcy's POV:
   "Wow, this place is so beautiful." I said excitedly as Jason led me into the restaurant.
   "Just like you." he added as a smirk curled on his lips.
   I half-smiled and rolled my eyes, then followed Jason to our table.
   Once we found our seats, we were greeted by a tall, thin blonde who introduced herself as "Hannah."
   She handed each of us menus
   "So, what are you getting?" he asked, raising his blue eyes from the menu.
   I leaned back in my chair and a piece of hair fell on my face.
   I sighed and blew it out of the way, then turned my attention back to the menu.
   "Chicken parmesan, I think." I finally said, still scrutinizing at the menu, for everything was written in Italian.
   I placed my menu on the table and pointed to the food I was interested in.
   Jason chuckled and shook his head.
   Did I do something wrong?
   I looked up at him with a confused glance.
   "That says baked ziti," he pointed to another word I didn't understand, "that is chicken parmesan, Darc."
   I looked up at Jason in astonishment.
   He spoke another language? How cool is that!
   "My mom was born in Italy, it's almost all she speaks." he said as if it were no big deal.
   "That's so cool!" I blurted out.
   He laughed and took hold of my hand, which was resting on the table.
   "Remind me to teach you sometime." he finally said slyly.
   "Will do." I said, quieter than before as he leaned closer.
   Just as I felt his lips brush against mine, I felt the urge to pull away.
   Jason looked at me in sheer confusion.
   "What's up, Darc?"
   I looked over his head at the restaurant entrance, where Jake was appearing.
   "Jason. Can we leave?" I asked as my voice trembled.
   "Why?" he asked, puzzled by my actions.
   "Jake's here." I whispered low enough for only Jason to hear.

   Jason's POV:
   I sucked in a deep breath as I walked up to Darcy's doorstep.
   What if Tyler or Brandon answered? How would I explain I'm here to take their sister on a date?
   Thats right, I wouldn't. I'd be too busy getting punched in the jaw.
   I pushed those thoughts out of my mind.
   Brandon and Tyler wouldn't do that to me, would they?
   I knocked on the door, praying for it to be Darcy.
   The door swung open, and there she was, more beautiful than before.
   If that was possible.
   "Where's Brandon and Tyler?" I asked out of curiousity before anything else.
   "They took Aly to the diner, why?"
   "Good, cause then I can tell you how beautiful you look then do this."
   I slipped my arms around her waist and kissed her softly.
   "You look beautiful." I whispered as I pulled away.
   She grinned widely and turned her head to the side. It was obvious she was blushing.
   "C'mon, let's go." I finished, grabbing her hand and walking to my car.
   "So, where are we going?" she asked as I began driving.
   "Luigi's." I replied, turning to her as we stopped at a red light.
   "No way. Jason, that place is super expensive!" she exclaimed, her emerald green eyes widening with excitement.
   "Anything for my girl."
   I watched as her cheek flushed pink once again.
   I laughed a tucked a few strands of her brown hair behind her ear so I could kiss her cheek, which on caused her cheeks to go from a subtle pink to a raging red.
   "You're cute when you blush." I whispered into her ear.
   "You're just cute." she shot back, smirking at me.
   "Can't argue with that."
   "Don't get cocky, Jay."
   Did I ever mention I loved it when Darcy called my Jay?
   Well, I do.
   Changed the title, I thought it fit better. Let me know which title fits more:D

   Darcy's POV:
   "Get some!" I heard somebody yell.
   I quickly pulled away from Jason, my cheeks burning red.
   He laughed and we both looked behind me, to Max and Cara.
   "Dude, you say anything to Tyler and Brandon and you're dead." Jason said sternly pointing straight to Max.
   "Hey! I can keep a secret!" Max replied defensively.
   Cara and Jason both burst out laughing as I stood there awkwardly.
   I'm 99.9% positive that means Max was wrong.
   Jason stopped laughing, and his facial expression went serious.
   "I'm not kidding, man. You gotta swear you won't tell or I'm dead." Jason replied, his eyes narrowing onto Max as he held out a hand.
   "Fine, I swear," Max shook Jason's hand, "Happy?" he finished, raising an eyebrow.
   Jason smiled at his friend and nodded, then turned to me.
   "So, where would you like to go tonight?"
   Didn't he already know where to take me?
   Then again, we had only just met. We know nothing about each other, except the other person's name.
   "You can pick." I replied with a smirk.
   "Nice try. But seriously, where do you wanna go?" he asked again.
   Instead of replying this time, I simply shrugged.
   "Aw, c'mon Darc. There's gotta be somewhere you're dying to go." Cara blurted, entering mine and Jason's conversation.
   I shrugged which prompted Jason to roll his eyes.
   "Fine, I guess I'll have to be a gentleman and find somewhere." Jason finally said, sighing as he spoke.
   "Jason!" I screeched as I slapped his shoulder.
   Jason laughed and his icy blue eyes squinted to keep me in focus.
   "Don't worry, Darc. I'm kidding."
   I crossed my arms and began to pout.
   Jason laughed and quickly kissed me, his brown hair tickling my forehead. I laughed and he pulled away, smirking.
   "I'll see you tonight." he said quickly, then walked away to meet up with Max.
   Changed the title, I thought it fit better. Let me know which title fits more:D

   Chapter 11
   Darcy's POV:
   "So wait, HE KISSED YOU!?" Cara yelled as we stepped into the mall.
   I had just told Cara about the events of this morning.
   As in, between me and Jason.
   I couldn't help but smile just thinking about it.
   Jason and Darcy. Darcy and Jason. It just fit, yah know?
   "Yeah, then he asked me out." I replied, keeping my cool.
   Cara's eyes widened as her mouth dropped.
   "Darcy! That is too cute!"
   I laughed and shrugged.
   It was absolutely cute, wasn't it?
   "Did he say where he's taking you?" Cara asked curiously.
   "No, and if I did know I wouldn't tell you so you can spy!" I exclaimed through laughs.
   Cara pretended to be upset and pouted.
   "Damn it," Suddenly, Cara's face lit up and her lips curled into a smirk, "speak of the devil."
   She spun me around, letting me catch a glimpse of Max walking with Jason.
   I turned back to Cara and raised and eyebrow.
   She nodded and yelled, "Hey Max!"
   Both boys waved over to us, then walked over.
   "Hey Cara, Darcy." The boys each took turns saying.
   Cara looked over to me and raised an eyebrow.
   I simpled shrugged back to her.
   "Hey Max, come with me for a minute?" Cara asked slyly, purposely leaving Jason and I alone.
   Once the two of them were out of sight, I turned to Jason.
   "So, what are you guys here for-" Jason began.
   I slipped my arms around his neck and cut him off with a kiss.
   After a few seconds, I felt him smiling, so I pulled away.
   "So, I'll, uh, come get you at 8?" he spoke between his breaths, propping his hands onto my waist.
   I laughed and rolled my eyes.
   "You already said that earlier." I replied.
   "Oh, I did? Guess I forgo-" I kissed him again.
   Even better than the first one.

   Chapter 10
   Jason's POV:
   I woke up the next morning and looked around at my sleeping friends.
   I yawned and grabbed my phone, checking the time. 9:18.
   My choice was obviously to go back to sleep, but the sound of a pan dropping prompted me to go upstairs.
   I walked up the basement steps, leaving my friends to sleep, only to find Darcy cursing under her breath.
   I stifled a laugh and walked casually into the kitchen.
   Darcy turned around and an instant smile formed onto her face.
   "Hey Jason!" she exclaimed over her shoulder.
   I laughed, then replied, "Hey Darc."
   "Want some?" she asked, raising an eyebrow as she pointed to the stove.
   I smiled and nodded.
   "Yeah, thanks."
   I stood up to go get dishes, but Darcy stopped me.
   "Sit down Jay, I got it." she said, flashing me a smile.
   Jay? Not many people call me that.
   I like it. Especially coming from Darcy.
   I laughed and continued, passing Darcy in the process.
   "Jason! I said I got it!" she said as she spun around.
   After losing her balance, I grabbed Darcy's shoulders, just to be sure.
   For the next half a minute, I stood there, grasping her shoulders as I held my breath.
   Why was I holding my breath? You got me.
   Darcy stood there, her cheeks turning pink. So you know what I did?
   I grabbed her cheeks, and kissed her.
   The second our lips touched felt like the sun had exploded.
   It was great.
   The two of us pulled away soon after, but only because we needed air.
   I laughed and leaned my forehead onto Darcy's.
   "Dinner, tonight?" I asked, breathless.
   She smiled and kissed me once again.
   "Of course. Pick me up at 8."
   Next thing we knew, the sounds of chatter and people walking filled the room.
   I turned to Darcy, quickly kissed her cheek, then met up with the guys coming up the steps.
   Yay! This chapter was better than the other one:D

   Darcy's POV:
   I watched as Jason left the room. Once he was out of sight, I quickly ate then bolted up the stairs.
   I walked into my room, where I had left Cara sitting 10 minutes ago.
   "Alright spill." she demanded, plopping onto my bed and crossing her legs.
   "About what?" I asked, puzzled.
   "I saw you and Jason." she replied with a smirk.
   I smiled and sighed.
   "What's your point?"
   "He was flirting with you!" I laughed at what she was saying.
   Jason wasn't flirting with me, was he?
   "No he wasn't." I replied, stifling a smile.
   "You like him, don't you!?"
   Like him? I had just met the boy! I couldn't like him, at least like that.
   Could I?
   "I dunno, Cara. I mean me and-" I began.
   Cara cut me off.
   "Who cares about Jake!? I thought you said you were gonna forget him? Go for Jason! He's an awesome guy, Darc."
   I smiled once again. An awesome guy, huh?
   Then again, Jake was an awesome guy for the most part.
   I sighed and my smile faded.
   "What's wrong?" Cara asked, raising and eyebrow.
   "I dunno what to do!"
   "Go for Jason!" Cara exclaimed, smiling widely.
   "But I just met him." I replied, leaning my head back on the bedpost.
   "Then you get to know him!"
   I bit my lip, then half-smiled.
   "I guess you're right."
   "I usually am." Cara said proudly.

   Jason's POV:
   Darcy. Darcy. Darcy. Darcy. That's all that went through my mind from the second I left her sitting in the kitchen.
   "Dude, you have to see this!" Tyler called, motioning for me to sit beside him.
   I looked around the room and noticed Brandon and Max were already asleep.
   "What is it?" I asked, looking at the television confused.
   "You don't see it!? It's a monkey juggling bowling balls!" he exclaimed quietly, careful not to wake up our friends.
   I laughed quietly, then sat there silently, my smile still stuck on my face from before.
   "Whoa Jase, what's your deal?" Tyler asked as he laughed.
   "I talked to her."
   "What? My step-mom? She's cool." Tyler replied, shrugging.
   "No! Dude! I talked to her. Her as in the girl I'm gonna marry." I said, my smile doing nothing but grow wider.
   Tyler laughed, shaking his head. "Look man, Aly is 6 and, well-" I cut him off.
   He thought I was talking about his little sister!?
   "Whoa, no! I meant Darcy." I replied.
   "As in my step-sister? Dude, if you two get married, we're basically brothers." Tyler added, laughing.
   I laughed and rolled my eyes.
   "C'mon Ty, I'm serious!" I fought back.
   "I knew you were jealous!" Tyler exclaimed, pointing at me.
   Jealous? When was I jealous?
   I looked at Tyler with a puzzled look.
   "Don't think I didn't see the way you glared at Max when he said she was hot."
   "Psh, what does that prove?" I asked, leaning back in my seat.
   "That little Jason's got a crush." Tyler replied with a smirk.
   I grabbed the pillow beside me and chucked it at him, knocking him over.
   Looks like 12 years of baseball's starting to pay off.
   "Dude, just keep it on the down low. Brandon'll kill me."
   It was true. In just a day of hanging out with Brandon, I learned how much he hates everyone of Darcy's boyfriends.
   I don't blame him, Darcy is his twin and only sister.
   I'd do the same.
   "Gotcha, Jase." Tyler replied, giving me a thumbs up.

   Tyler's POV:
   "Tyler, hi!" Darcy exclaimed, then went silent
   I laughed as she stood there awkwardly, unknowing of what to do.
   I opened my arms, motioning for her to hug me. She was basically my sister.
   Darcy quickly hugged me, thanked me for telling her where her room was, then left.
   "Uh, dude, who was that?" One of my best friends, Jason, asked.
   "My new sister." I replied with a smirk.
   "No way! She's hot!" My other friend, Max, exclaimed.
   Both Jason and I turned to Max, narrowing our eyes at him.
   "Man, you're already dating one of my sister's." I said with a laugh, referring to my sister Cara, my younger sister.
   "I can look, I just can't touch." Max replied, smiling slyly.
   "Dude, quit being creepy. You haven't even met her." Jason said, playfully shoving Max.
   I rolled my eyes at their childishness, then heard a knock on my door.
   "What's up, dad- oh whoa, sorry man." I said as I turned around, noticing a tall figure who looked much like Darcy standing in the doorway.
   Obviously had to be her twin brother, Brandon.
   "Uh, yeah, my mom asked for you guys to help. I think? You're Tyler, Max, and Jason, right?" he asked, pointing to each of us.
   I nodded and motioned for Max and Jason to follow me.
   "There she is!" Max exclaimed in a hushed tone, referring to Darcy.
   Jason and I glared at Max once again and he raising his hands defensively.
   "Hey, I'm a guy!"
   "Don't tell me you think my sister's hot?" Brandon asked with a smirk.
   I laughed and both Jason and I pointed to Max.
   "He does and he has a girlfriend." Jason answered, putting emphasis on the last part.
   I laughed, hearing the slightest bit of jealousy in Jason's tone.
   Looks like Max isn't the only one who has an eye on my new sister, eh?

    Darcy's POV:
    "We're here!" My mom said, waking both me and Brandon up from our naps in the car.
    I looked out the window at my new house-no, mansion.
    It.was.huge.
    Maybe there is an upside to all of this, I guess.
    I squealed quietly in excitement, and pulled out my phone to text-oh wait.
    I forgot me and Jake broke up.
    I bit onto my lip real hard, trying my best to control the waterworks again.
    I mean, we dated for over 2 years. How could he just decide to cheat on me?
    With my own brother's girlfriend, nevertheless.
    "You okay?" Brandon asked as we unloaded the car.
    I shook my head, then felt Brandon engulf me into a hug.
    "Don't worry, Darc. I know exactly how you feel." he replied solemnly.
    I stopped myself in my tracks. Brandon was right.
    He did know what it felt like. He's fine, or so it seems.
    Why should I waste my time crying about him?
    I shouldn't, and that's the bottom line.
    Sure, Jake was my first love, my first real boyfriend, my first kiss. But hey, if you love something, let it go, am I right?
    I looked up at my older brother, whose face was confused by my change of attitude.
    I laughed and hugged him once more.
    "Thank you." I whispered, then walked off, a box of my things in hand.
    I walked into the house and searched for my room. My mom told me she had spoken to Randy and that my room was pick and black, just like my old one.
    I opened a door, and saw 3 guys playing Call of Duty.
    That was certainly not my room.
    "Uhm, anyone know where a pink and black bedroom is?" I asked nervously.
    A tall, blonde haired boy with deep brown eyes stood up and smiled.
    "Yeah, right next door. You must be Darcy?" he asked, tossing the controller to one of his friends.
    "Yeah, and you are?"
    "Tyler, your new brother." he answered with a smile.
    Starting to get better, praise the good lord! So, now we've met Tyler, who by the way Darcy will not date haha! You'll meet the rest of the cast nest chapter, which I'm writing as we speak!

    Brandon's POV:
    I bit my lip and waited in anxiety as I waited for Darcy to get home.
    How was I gonna tell her I broke up with Kyla because she cheated on me?
    With Jake?
    Darcy would be heartbroken if she knew.
    "Brandon! Where are you?" I heard Darcy's voice come from downstairs.
    I sighed and walked to the living room, where she was.
    "Just declare me world's worst brother now." I thought out loud.
    My eyes widened as I saw Darcy standing in from of me, a quizzical look on her face.
    "What are you talking about, Bran?" she asked cautiously.
    I sighed, I was just going to come straight out with this.
    She deserved to know.
    "I broke up with Kyla." I began.
    "Oh my gosh, Brandon! I'm sorry! I thought y-"
    I cut her off right there.
    "Because she was cheating on me with Jake."
    Darcy froze, her eyes widening by the second.
    "Jake, Johnson?"
    I nodded, then hung my head down in shame.
    I heard Darcy groan in frustration, then storm up the stairs.
    What could she be doing?
    Obviously breaking up with him. Am I that stupid!?
    "Brandon! There you are!" I heard my mom say cheerily.
    "Where's your sister?" she finished, looking around the room.
    "Long story." I mumbled.
    "Okay! Well, I wanted to let the two of you know I talked to Randy and we're gonna move in sooner! We're leaving tomorrow night!" she said, leaving after she spoke.
    Great, another surprise.
    Whoopdi-freaking-do.
    Sorry for the total suckiness of these chapters:p I just want to get everything set up, yah know? Once the chapter after they move is up, everything's should get good!:D

    My instant reaction to my mom's words was to spit out the chocolate milk I was in the middle of drinking.
    Brandon just sat there, his mouth held ajar as he stared at our mom in shock.
    I don't blame him. Our mom never has and was never close to getting married. Why now?
    "To who!?" Brandon and I exclaimed in unison.
    "His name is Randy. We're moving in with him over the summer." she replied with a smile.
    "Mom! That's not fair!" I argued back first.
    "Yeah, we have a life here!" Brandon argued back to her as our mom sat silently.
    "A good one!" I finished.
    Our mom sat there, staring at us. She finally sighed, then replied to us.
    "You two can have an even better life in Florida. You know, Randy has a son who's your age, and a daughter just a year younger?" Our mom asked, trying to avoid our reaction to the first part.
    "Florida!?" Brandon and I exclaimed.
    "Yeah, that's where our new house is. Don't worry, Randy and his family are moving there from here too." she replied, a smile plastered on her face.
    Then why don't we just stay here? I'm fine with that.
    I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.
    "Ugh, fine. When are we leaving?' I asked, getting up to leave the room.
    "Next week." Our mom replied simply.
    I spun around and narrowed my eyes at her, as did Brandon.
    "C'mon guys, you have school in an hour. Go get ready." she finished before the two of us could fight back.
    "I have a strange feeling that wasn't all of the surprises for today." Brandon mumbled to me as we walked upstairs.
    I looked over at my twin brother and nodded.
    "You're not the only one."
    How are you guys liking it? I almost forgot! This story is kind of like a remake of Who Knew?, a story I made, but deleted. They're a lot alike, but with some different names and plot twists. Just saying:D

    Chapter 1
    "Brandon Anthony Aymes! Put me down!" I yelled at my twin brother as he lifted me over his shoulder.
    I heard him chuckle as I struggled to break free.
    "No can do, little sis." he replied with a smirk.
    I rolled my eyes.
    I hate when he calls me his "little sis," he's only older by a minute and 15 seconds.
    "Shut up Bran, I should be sleeping for another 2 hours." I growled, crossing my arms in defeat.
    Brandon dropped me to the ground, making a loud thud!
    "Mom wanted to talk to us." Brandon said, plopping on the couch sitting in the corner of the living room.
    "Brandon! Darcy! Come here please!" I heard our mom yell, right on cue.
    Let me introduce myself and give you a little information on me.
    My name's Darcy Aymes, as you've already found out. Currently, I'm 17 years old and a junior, but not for long. The last day of school is today and after that, I can call myself a senior officially.
    Most people see me as perfect. The one with light brown hair and piercing green eyes. The captain of the girls soccer and lacrosse team for the past 3 years. Truthfully, I don't see it.
    Brandon and I, you can say, are pretty popular at our school. No, it's not because we go around hooking up with people at parties. It's because we're the star players of our teams.
    I currently have a boyfriend of 2 years, Jake. Brandon? He and his girlfriend Kyla have been dating for well over a year.
    Brandon and I have never met our father, which I'm fine with. Our mom says he walked out on her the moment he found out she was pregnant. Great guy, huh?
    "Take a seat." Our mother said sternly, pointing to the seats across from her.
    I looked over to Brandon and we both shrugged, doing as our mom said and sitting down.
    "Now, you two are probably wondering why I got you up 2 hours before school." Our mom began.
    I smirked and crossed my arms in agreement as Brandon leaned back in his chair, placing his hands behind his head.
    "This outta be a good one." he mumbled, looking over at me.
    I covered my mouth in attempt to control my giggles.
    Our mom must have noticed, for she glared at both of us, but soon softened her tensed up face.
    I studied my mom's face hard, noticing there wasn't a wrinkle nor crow's foot in sight. Then again, she is only 33. See what I'm saying?
    If you guessed that is the reason our dad left us, you're right. Our mom says he told her twins were too much for a 16 year old to handle.
    Guess he had no idea how rough it was on our mom.
    My thoughts were cut off by my mother's cheery voice.
    "I'm getting married."

    The Miles Add Up❤ Chapter 30
    Most of the day was nothing but a blur. The only thing i thought of was me and Trey, nothing more. I didn't want to, it'd upset me too much.
    My thoughts were broken when i felt my shoulder nudged. "You good, Riles?" Trey said, raising an eyebrow.
    I bit my lip, in help to prevent myself from crying once again. He sighed and placed his arm around my shoulder.
    "C'mon Riley. That's another person that's cried today." I rested my head on his shoulder. "I thought weddings were suppose to make everyone happy."
    "Not when you're leaving not even 9 hours later for almost a year." I mumbled.
    "I could reschedule anything! Trust me, i tried my hardest!" He exclaimed, everybody in the hall staring at us.
    "I know, but still.." I trailed off and sighed, looking at the time. 10:45. This isn't fair.
    "Riley, i have to get going soon, okay?" He said, raising his eyebrow once again.
    I took a deep breath to calm myself and nodded. "Yeah, got it."
    "I'll call you as soon as i land." Trey said as he stood up.
    I bit my lip and stood beside him as he held his arms open. I squeezed him as tight as i could, knowing for all we know, this could be the last time i ever saw him.
    "I love you Trey." I said quietly.
    He leaned down and kissed me. "I love you too, Riley."

    5 months later and it's starting to get pretty boring being home on my own. I stayed with Dylan for a few weeks, since my parents had to get back home. Every now and then, i get a letter or two from Trey, but they're scarce. He's stated in many of then that that'll most likely happen, so i was fine with it.
    I sighed and plopped on the couch in the main living room of Dylan's house.
    "Mail for you." He said as he walked in, smirking.
    I shot up and grabbed it, a letter from Trey. Finally. I ripped open the envelope, only to find a small piece of paper.
    Turn around was all it read, so i did exactly that.
    There he was, standing in the doorway, bags in hand. I sprinted over and squeezed his neck tighter than ever.
    "I missed you!" I squealed.
    He chuckled and set me down on the ground. "I told you, the miles are gonna add up." He quickly kissed me. "But they're worth it to come home to you."

    Trey's POV
    "So how's it feel, bro?" Hudson said, slapping my back.
    I sighed and shrugged. "Not really that much different."
    "But dude, you're getting married tomorrow. Aren't you excited?" He asked.
    Truthfully, i wasn't. But i couldn't't say that. I just didn't want to leave. I wanted to stay, with Riley.
    "Yeah, loads. I'm just really tired. Can we go to sleep now?" Hudson looked over at the clock and nodded.
    "Yeah, it is 4 am anyway." He said, chuckling as i turned out the lights.

    The next morning? That's when all my nerves that have been building up came alive. At first it was out of happiness, then it hit me. I leave 11:30 tonight.
    "Trey, why'd you have to be so dumb?" I said, slapping the side of my head.
    "Can't figure out your tie?" My mom said, walking in the room.
    I looked at my suit and nodded. "Yeah, uh, that's it."
    "Alright, c'mere Trey." She said, motioning for me to go there.
    She quickly tied up my tie, then adjusted it. "There." She said, smoothing out my suit.
    "How do i look?" I said, holding out my arms. She smiled and hugged me tightly.
    "Great."
    I hugged her back then sighed. I guess i'd have to tell her sooner or later. I was hoping for later, but now seemed like the right time.
    "Mom?" I said quietly.
    "Yes, Trey?"
    "I'm going to Afganistan. Tonight." She bit her lip and looked up me. There was a good 6 inch difference between me and my mom. At least i know my height wasn't from her.
    Next? My mom did something i've never seen her do before.

    "Told her what?" Trey said as he was chuckling.
    "The plan." I said quietly.
    He kept the smile on his face, but i knew he was angry. "Wait, what?"
    "I told Sophie about the original plan." I said, louder than before.
    He groaned and stood up. He pointed at me, he mouth opened to speak, but he stopped himself. He paced back and forth, scratching his head.
    "You promised you wouldn't tell." He said quietly.
    "I know, but i didn't think it still mattered, you know?" I said, standing up.
    He sighed and stopped in his tracks, right in front of me. "I guess you're right."
    I laughed and kissed him. "I know i am." I heard him laugh as i walked out of the room. He came up behind me soon after, lifting me over his shoulder.
    "Just try shutting your big mouth next time." He said, chuckling, letting me know he was playing around.
    "Aye aye captain." I said, smirking.

    "What about this color?" Sophie said, pointing to a pastel pink nail polish.
    I placed the magazine i was reading down and looked at it. "I like the other pink better." I said, smiling.
    She looked at the color in her hand, then nodded, grabbing the other color she had before.
    "What color are you getting?" She said, raising one eyebrow.
    I shrugged and looked at the rack of colors. "That one." I said, pointing at a bright yellow color.
    Sophie looked at me as if i were crazy, then burst out laughing.
    I laughed along with her, but stopped abruptly. "I'm serious." I said, then burst out laughing once again.
    Alright guys, sorry i know i already had this chapter but as usual, witty deleted my quote somehow-__- I really need to get that fixed..

    "Let me get this straight. You and Trey aren't really getting married!?" Sophie exclaimed in the middle of the restaurant.
    I covered her mouth and shook my head. "Shh. Trey said we weren't suppose to tell anyone. But you're my best friend, it's a rule to tell you!" I said, through giggles.
    "Why are you laughing? You and Trey aren't really getting married!" She said, quieter than before.
    I laughed once again and shook my head. "No, we are. Now at least."
    "Oh, so what's the problem with you two then?" She questioned, giving me a puzzled look.
    "Well, you see. Trey and uh. This plan was at first for him, so he could go to military training. He's in the reserves." I said, my voice beginning to crack.
    "What's so bad ab-" I cut Sophie off before she finished.
    "He's leaving in a few months. To Afghanistan." I said quietly.
    Sophie's eyes widened as i bit my lip. She stood up and hugged me tightly. "I'm so sorry." She whispered.
    I smiled and thanked her. I looked over at the door and both Trey and Hudson were walking back, so we both quickly sat down, just as they saw us.
    "Hey beautiful." Trey said, kissing my cheek.
    I giggled and quickly pecked him. "Hi. Your food tastes good." I said, smirking at him.
    "I hate you."
    "No you don't."
    "You're right." He grabbed my hand. "I don't."
    I smiled, but felt guilty. I promised Trey i wouldn't tell anybody, about any of this. But Sophie doesn't count, does she? Of course not, she's my best friend. My other half. We tell each other everything.

    I plopped down on the couch beside Trey, who was watching football. Just a typical Sunday night in our house.
    "Trey, i need to tell you something." I said, whispering in his ear so he could hear me over the blasting television.
    A few seconds later, no answer. So i repeated myself. Still no answer. I grabbed his cheek and turned it to me.
    His mouth dropped and he pointed at the tv. "C'mon babe! They're about to get a-"
    Cheering came on the tv. "touchdown." He said, sighing.
    I laughed and kissed him. "I need to tell you something though."
    He smiled and muted the tv. "Okay, speak."

    "So, what do we do now?" I said, wiping away my tears furiously.
    Trey shrugged and sighed. "I guess we just go with it. Make the best out of it." He said quietly.
    I nodded and began walking back inside. I heard Trey grunt in frustration and follow behind. His hand carefully made it into mine and we walked back to our friends.
    "We ordered for you guys." Sophie said with a smile.
    I half-smiled and Trey thanked them, sitting beside me. I rested my head on my fist and sat there, listening to them speak.
    "Riley? Riley, hello!" I heard Sophie say as she waved her hands in front of my face.
    I snapped out of my trance and at straight up. "What?" I saw my food on the table. "Oh, thanks." I said nicely, looking up at our waitress.
    "Alright Riley, what's your deal?" Sophie said, moving her face closer to mine as she lowered her voice.
    I looked to the side of me and both Hudson and Trey weren't there. "Where ar-" I began to say, pointing next to me.
    "I told them me and you had girl things to talk about, so they went outside." She said, smiling.
    "Thanks." I said as i sighed, slouching in my seat.
    "Now, what's up with you Riley? Are you sick or something?" She asked, raising her eyebrow at me.
    "No, it's...nothing." I said, biting my lip.
    "Don't tell me you and Trey a-" I cut her off quickly.
    "NO! It's nothing. We're fine." I said, giggling slightly.
    "Okay. Whatever you say Riles." She said, smirking. I began laughing and rolled my eyes. "I knew it! You and Trey are having a baby!"
    I laughed harder and shook my head. "Nope."
    "Then what's up with you? And Trey for that matter." She said, leaning in her seat.
    I sighed, i guess i'll have to tell her everything. From the start, that is.
