Who have ever had any body issues.
Maybe you had an eating disorder, or you were just uncomfortable with the way you looked.
But remember, even if you're just starving yourself, or not being able to control how much you are eating, it can be considered self harm. Because you're depriving yourself of nutrients you need to survive, and you are mentally confusing yourself into thinking it's completely okay.
It is NOT okay.
All of you out there, remember, we're all girls. We all sometimes eat a little too much, or like to pig out once in a while. No matter what religion, race, weight, size or shape you are, you are perfect.
All of you with curly, straight or wavy hair, you're gorgeous.
It doesn't matter what color eyes you have, how big your nose is, or if you weigh 70, 100, 130 or 200 pounds, you are ALL beautiful.
The next time anyone says anything to you rude about your appearance, take a stand and say
"I'm beautiful just the way I am."
It might seem silly now, but think how the world would be if every girl was happy with herself. There would be no girls crying alone or in the bathroom because they were uncomfortable with themselves.
All those bullies who made fun of the way you looked?
Once they were comfortable with themselves, think how much nicer they could be to you.

Long but worth while...i promise
Her name was Abby
She was only five
This is what happened
When she was alive
Her dad was a drunk
Her mom was an addict
Her parents kept her
Locked in an attic
Her only friend
was a little toy bear
It was old and worn out

She always talked to it
When no one's around
She lays there and hugs it

Until her parents
unlock the door
