They say that you have to go through the rain to get to the rainbow.
well, you cant pretend the rain isnt there.
you cant cover it up.
you just have to go through it hoping that it will stop.
you dont know when it will stop or how long the rain will last.
its kinda like pain, except people try to pretend pain isnt there.
they try to cover it up, and they try to make it go away.
they make it end before its time, but does it really go away,
or is it just pushed out of mind?
it almost always comes back,
because you cant make pain go away before its time.
you cant cover up pain with a smile, just like you cant cover up rain.
someone will always see through the fakeness, so whats the point?
you just have to deal with the hurt,
and it will come with tears and you wont like it,
but not everything in life is meant to be liked.
you just have to get through the pain to get to happier times.
just like getting through the rain to see the rainbow at the end.
now, you have to choose.
Is the happiness worth the pain?
Is the rainbow worth the rain?
