    Be happy for no
    reason, like a child.
    If you are happy for a reason, you’re in trouble, because that reason can be
    taken from you.

    I don’t want to be
    your entire world, no.
    I would be happy
    just to be your morning coffee,
    your hanging car keys,
    your wallet.
    Something seemingly
    insignificant,
    but if lost
    throws off
    your entire day.

    Holding hands may seem like an innocent gesture, but they show more than a simple interlocking of fingers. Your hands are one of the most essential parts of your body: you build with them, feed with them, hold with them, touch with them, fight with them; they are the tools of the human body. To take a hold of another’s hand is to break from living individually. It is to link yourself to another being, to momentarily entwine your life with another’s, to promise, for a moment, that you need not face the world alone. More simple, more aesthetically naive than other forms of affection, i.e kissing, hugging, sexing.., the act of holding hands is often trivialized in its true implications.

    Say that we are a puff of warm breath in a very cold universe. By this kind of reckoning we are either immeasurably insignificant or we are incalculably precious and interesting.

    because if you pick it up it dies

    So if you love a flower, let it be.
    Love is not about possession.
    Love is about appreciation.”

    not for posting "statuses" or "tweets" about your day/life
    this is witty, not twitter or facebook

    Why does everyone hate the idea of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift dating?
    Its not your business what two individuals do.
    It doesn't effect your life personally.

    I have a few things I would just like to say,
    1.) People are not hating on 12 and under kids, the rules of Witty cleary state:
    "Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older."
    {Source: http://www.wittyprofiles.com/privacy}
    2.) Why should you care if people find your Witty?:
    "I’m happy that Witty has grown from a database of quotes to a community. I’d love it if people invited their real life friends to join Witty. I don’t really like that people want to keep their accounts secret."
    {Source: http://wittyprofiles.tumblr.com/post/27624612426/what-do-you-think-of-witty-now-i-know-you-didnt}
    3.) Its a wonderful thing that vent is gone cause Witty is not about sharing your life story or complaining in the manner a lot of users do:
    "There is no more vent category because Witty Profiles was not designed to be a database of people complaining. Witty Profiles was designed to be a database of funny and inspirational, WITTY quotations. Try to turn your vents into funny, romantic, inspirational passages and assign them to the appropriate category. Instead of streaming your emotions directly to the screen, think about them and put them into creative words someone else might want to read over and over again."
    {Source: http://wittyprofiles.tumblr.com/post/28178054341/steve-why-dont-we-have-the-vent-category-anymore-i}
    Everything in italic has been said by Steve himself with sources provided.
    I am not trying to arrouse a fight, just trying to add somethings in current debates.
    I am aware I could spark up some arguement with this quote and am willing to handle them in a mature manner.

    I feel like an adult stuck inside a child's body. I feel as if I should be an adult. My brain is fast enough, mature enough, intelligent enough but I am held back by my age; I am not taken seriously, my ideas and opinions are not taken seriously. That, is agism. I am discriminated against because of my age. I want to be able to converse with adults without being looked down upon. I feel as if I can have a better conversation with them, I get along better with them, I understand them better, I find them funnier and I find them to be more understanding, more mature, less cruel and just better in general. It isn't fair. I want to be in university. I want to be able to go out and have a drink, go to work, go to school and study what I want, wear what I want, share my opinions with the world. I want to be an adult.
