Just get over him.
That's what I tell myself to do. But it never works. He's still the
first person I think of when I wake up in the morning, the first
one I see when I walk into class and the last thing on my mind
before I go to sleep at night. He probably doesn't give a damn
about me, so that should make it easier for me to get over him,
right? Wrong. It's extraordinarily hard. Maybe because I don't
actually want to get over him, and I secretly keep hoping that
there is still a chance for us to be together

need to know:
there's always a girl waiting for you to notice her. She may
not be amazingly pretty or dazzling. Or ever be popular,
envied by anyone or have the shortest skirt. But she's the
only one who had her eye on you this whole time. She's
down to earth and not afraid to have fun. She'll laugh with
you & hold your hand and hug you if you had a bad day.
She would come and watch you skate, & she'd chose to
play Xbox with you any day rather than go to the mall.
She would sit with you and watch the sunset and feel like

he struggles to keep on living a lie
she caught him staring, many times
he looked away, a sparkle in his eyes

the guys laughed, he turned her down
she was crushed, finding it hard let it go
