   hey, you are beautiful
   no matter what people say, no matter what you see in the mirror. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
   remember it, never forget it. i did and now i'm fighting against anorexia. my weight is increasing and most of the days i cry and scream 'cause i want my former body to come back.
   but, certain days, there's a miracle. i look my naked body on the mirror and i like it. i say to myself i'm now a woman and my healthy curves are far better than my bones.
   never let words or unfaithful thoughts make you sad. YOU ARE AN UNIVERSE.
