Advice Needed!
my best guy friend who i trust completely has just admitted that he's liked me for a long time. i treat him like a teddy bear and he's basically a brother to me. But then after we've talked for a long time (about 4 hours) online, i realized that i'm falling for him. we've already admitted we've liked each other a couple times...and that's whats been getting me curious is....why doesn't he make a move? i mean, we realized we like each other, we make each other laugh like sister and brothers, and it seems perfect. but why doesn't he ask me out?
i guess my main question for advice is.
WHY DOESN'T HE MAKE A MOVE?!?!?

For two straight days i went on Omegle...
i had a plan in mind. i found specific girls who seemed to personally have low self esteem. And so i acted like i was a guy named "Ryan" who was sixteen and wanted to compliment girls in a way that they'd feel better about themselves. I called each one of them beautiful; i may have lied that i was a male, but i wanted to let girls know how beautiful they are without knowing how they looked and who told them.
