I've been a cheerleader for almost 10 years now. I would love to see some of you girls lift girls above your heads and catch them. I would love to see you dance like we dance, and jump as high as we jump. We have three hour practices & conditoning. We have the biggest hearts, and the most spirit no matter what the score is. I don't think you would like it if cheerleaders said your sport wasn't a sport, It's not only a sport to us. It's a lifestyle.
