Hey,
So my name..well that isn't really important. This is my witty account for writing stories.
I mean, we all need that one little paridise where we can be completely oursleves, without others judging us.
I am not going to write marshmellow stories about how amazing my boyfriend is,
I'm going to write real stories that could actually happen.
And if you don't like them, I'm sorry for you. But if you do, just press that little    <3 button and make my day.

    Chapter Two
I let him in. I let him get to know me and I want him to protect me. We stroll along the wide dirt pave path and finally arrive at the ocean. Right now it is crystal blue and the makes light just bounce off the surface. Nate sets out two chairs and a rainbow colored umbrella. Nervously, I snake myself out of the jean shorts and tank top. "Wheww." Nate’s eyes inspect my model body then flit away. I blush and plant myself in the beach chair. Nate does the same and we talk. Just talk. For about an hour we get to know each other. Nate is three years older than me, making him 18. I duck my head under water and look around at the crystal clear water. I see Nate's big blue eyes that don't even compare to the blue of the water. We both surface, laughing. "Genna, how about dinner tonight. I'll bring you to the best place in town. Please." He treads over closer to me and takes my hands. His touch is warm and comforting and it... It makes me want more. "Yes." I whisper. The feeling is odd. I've never been on a date, and I have never even been kisses by a guy. Nate and I are far out in the ocean, surrounded by no one. He moves closer to me and gently places his hand on my chin. My head is tilted up ever so carefully. Just as his lips are about to touch mine, I step back. His eyes open and have a bewildered look. I bite my lip and dive underwater, swimming away quickly. On the beach I start to run, but not before calling. "6. Pick me up at 6." I have no nice clothes. Well nothing Nate-worthy. I walk around the small Florida Town until I find a cute little boutique. The owner helps me find a nice dress and pair of shoes. I pick up a tankini and walk home. I try on the dress and look at myself in the mirror. It is a light teal with sort of a halter type neckline. There iS fabric that I fit my neck into, with ruffles. It is flattering on my perfect figure with my beautiful tan. The wedges make me even taller then I already am and with the dress falling four inches above my knee, my legs are impossible long. "Well Genna are you ready for this?" I say to myself. "You look hot, girlie." I hear a sweet voice from behind me say. The girl standing in front of me has short black hair, pale skin and huge blue eyes. "I'm Grace. I babysit for Brayden but your aunt sent me up to say hi." She smiles and offers me her hand. "What's the occasion?" I walk over to my bed and sit down to strap on my wedges. "I'm going on a date. With this guy next door, Nate." She sits on the floor in front of me and extends her legs. "Wait Nate Stanton? God, he's slept with so many girls I couldn't even count if I tried. Including me." I look at her with a newfound respect. "Oh. But I’ve never even kissed a guys, so I don't think I'll be losing my virginity any time soon." Grace smiles and her whole face lights up with a kind of unachievable beauty. "I live three houses down if you need me. Just be careful Genna, ok? I dated Nate for a month and on our second date we did it. And I've been dating this guy JP for like a year and we haven't even talked about that." I don't know why she is telling me all this, but It makes me feel comfortable. I like Grace. "Thanks." The doorbell rings and I hurry downstairs. "Damn Genna, you know how to look hot." I smile, suddenly proud of my body. "Look at yourself, babe. Ready?"

    Chapter Two
Sunlight peeks through the curtains and lights up the room. My eyes flutter open and I look around. I hope for a minute that I will be back in chilly, quiet Maine. I sigh and let my feet hit the ground. I pull back the curtains and the room instantly fills with light. It blinds me for a moment, but I do a double take and see the grassy yard of our neighbor and the ocean. The ocean is a mysterious thing; it is always changing but somehow remains the same. I let my eyes flutter over to our neighbor’s yard, wondering who the new family is. Last summer, a wonderful girl my age lived there, but she moved. In the yard, there are two boys throwing a football. One is tall, with dark brown hair and the other is just barely ten years old with a short, chubby body. I watch the older boy and smile to myself. But then I stop. Of course a boy would never love me. I step away from the window and change into a cream white one piece. I reach for the two straps and quickly tie them behind my neck. I brush out my long brown hair and pull it into a high ponytail. I step back and take a glance at myself in the mirror. Though I have the body for a bikini, they make me feel awkward. My boobs are large and perfectly rounded. My stomach is flat and my hips make my figure perfect. By most people's standards, I have a dream body. Over-come with body image issues, I pull a hot pink tank top and tight fitted dark washed shorts. I skip down the stairs and see my aunt and her son Brayden eating breakfast. "Morning Genna." I smile and sit down at the table just as a loud ring booms through the house. "Gen, can you get that? I have to flip the pancakes." I nod and get up. Spilt by the colored glass, I see a distorted image of the boy next door. I feel my heart racing but I open the door up. "Hi Mrs. Candler, my brother and I- whoa hi." He smiles and his blue eyes light up. "Who are you? I'm Nate by the way." Nate, I've always liked that name. "Genna. So what did you and your brother do?" Something about me changes right there. "It doesn't matter. Want to head down to the beach?"

    Chapter One
"Genna, you are the most beautiful girl I've ever met." He gripped my hands tight and slowly leaned in. The water around us now looked a soft orange in the sunset. I felt a rush of warmth run through me when his lips touched mine. I'm not sure whether it was the drinks or whether he actually liked me, but to tell you the truth, I didn't care.
    One week earlier...
I watched as the world raced by me, car after car. "Genevieve, don't look so depressed. You are going to Florida after all!" A voice from beside me booms. Great, another summer in Florida with my Aunt Alexis. My single mother travels a lot, so in the summer, I get shipped to Florida. And believe me, the beach is not the kind of place for a
girl like me. I put in my ear buds and shut out the world. I gently close my big green eyes and let my mind drift off.
After setting my bags down in the room I always stay in, I examine the changes. The wallpaper is purple stripes now, going from dark purple back into light lavender. My bed is pushed against a wall, opposite of the window. In the window, there is a little seat along with a flowery purple pillow. I sit down and look out. The view remains unchanged.
    Perfection
The ocean is absolutely perfect in the dark light. It is about 9:30, and the barely visible sun is hiding behind the water. I tuck a piece of my light brown hair into my ear and get up from the window sill. I go over to my bed and lay down. I'm tired of this. The same old thing every year. No excitement, no change. I've been on this earth for 15 years, by now and I just want a little bit of fun. Of course, I'm not the type of person that change comes too. Never. Everything is always the same.
Little did I know, that summer would be my change. It would be everything I was waiting for and more.
