im 13, i can stay out as late as i want unless its a school night or my parents tell me i need to be home by a certain time, i can basically go anywhere as long as i have my phone with me,i never get grounded but if i do get in trouble then i just get either my phone or computer taken away for like one day then i get it back. I do get into trouble if i get bad grades or something but its not that bad.

sweetie, there is alot of people that love you and you should go to the person that you trust the most to talk about your problems and the things that you are going through. and hopefully you will feel better, and talk to your bestfriend about what is going on because if she truly loves you then she will stop doing whatever she is doing that is making you upset.!(:
