Today I was looking at my baby pictures. I don’t understand how I went from a beautiful little happy girl to where I am now. Somewhere in the middle I got trapped in a storm. I am sick of living like this. It is hard for me to get through the days, and even harder for me to make it through the nights. I want to be that little girl again more than anything…and I couldn’t wait to grow up.

I am scared I am not strong enough to beat this.
It is like always having another person laughing at you.
Telling you your not good enough.
It makes me feel like puking everytime I eat.
&& telling me I don’t deserve to eat.
I am not as strong as this person.
Everyday it gets harder and more miserable.
I see a monster in the mirror, where I used to see something beautiful.

Don’t ever let a boy or girl tell you your not good enough. I made that mistake and it ruined me. I am told I am beautiful on a daily basis, but it just makes me mad because I can’t see it through my own eyes. I have a broken self-esteem. I cry whenever I look at my baby pictures because I am ashamed of who I am now. Everyone has one unique thing about them that makes them beautiful; but those things go by unnoticed. For every person who has ever been told they are not pretty enough, skinny enough, or good enough in other way, you are good enough. Find those unique things that make you beautiful, before it’s too late.
