Bonjour(: Confuzzled? Well, I am D e l a n e y. (Dee-Lane-Knee). Some call me Laney, some call me DeeRay. Any three works for me. Nothing more. Nothing less. I’ll admit it, I’m a average teen. I’m a girl. I’m a sister. I’m a daughter. I’m a best friend. I’m a cousin. I’m a student. I’m a lover. I’m a fighter. I’m a joker. I’m a friend. I’m an enemy. I’m a geek. I’m a loser. I’m a freak. I am strong. I am beautiful. I am independent. I am loud. I am sarcastic. I am breakable. I am emotional. I am obnoxious. I am unique. I am brave. I am stubborn. I’m a human, so don’t treat me like I’m not. I’m living life, held on by a tiny thread, but my friends get me by. I am an o r i g i n a l, don’t expect to find someone quite like me, you won’t. I stand out, yet I can be quiet at times. Don’t get on my bad side, trust me you won’t like it there. Some “certain” people get on my nerves, and I just want to slap them with a brick. Yet, if you grow on me, you won’t regret it, and you won’t forget me. Even ask my best friend before I moved, I didn’t see here for 5 years, and she still remembered me. Maybe some might know me as an Old Soul, because I seem like to have experience things I haven’t before, to actually feel the feelings or mood of the place.I express myself by drawing, and escape reality by reading, listening to music and watching the stars. I like to feel free, like swinging on a swing. Overall I have a pretty messed up life, but it’s a pretty good one. So I’m gonna live, since I only have One Life.

I have an image,
An image in my head.
Where there are chains on my wrists,
And the key is at bed.
Buried with all the truth,
Buried deep underground,
Buried under all my lies
That you never seem to found.
All these pictures,
They start to fill my mind.
Images from my whole entire life,
Images that make me rewind.
Rewind to all my friendships,
To the ones that was true,
They were filled with happiness and laughter.
Those days we always knew what todo.
Rewind to the days of you and me,
The day where we first really met.
The days when I just had to look at you,
And I knew I was set.
Rewind to the day I saw you with her,
The day where I fell apart.
It's funny how it’s been so long,
And I'm still collecting the pieces of my heart.
I slowly start to drown away,
As the memories start to fade.
All I see is blackness now,

I am saying my feelings,
I'm speaking aloud,
But they just speak over me,
not listening to my sound.

My feelings are raging,
I need to get them out,
but no one ever listens,
Not even when i shout.

A Newborn Child,
Opens her eyes and smiles,
For The First Time.
A Young Child,
Who crawls upon the floors,
Stands up and walks,

About the age of five,
Grabs her book bag,
And her mothers’ soft hands,

while working as a cashier at the local grocery store,
my highschool principal came through my line
buying a 2 lightsabers and a box of cheez-its.

it was my birthday so my family bought me a rainbow llama pinata.
It was ----------->love at first sight.
I couldn't smash it, but I wanted the candy,
so I performed a c-section on it.

Today,
I tried texting the word "ninja" to my friend.
T9 word didn't recognize it, which irritated me,
but only until I realized that ninjas aren't supposed to be recognized.
I'm now glad my phone understands this.
