I think that you should have just told your friend about it right then and there. If you guys aren't absolute best friends, I'd go to the party with your other friends. But if this girl means a lot to you, and is your best friend no matter what, you need to think about where your loyalty lies. Also, be careful if you start liking him. She seems really angry and upset about being tossed aside, so you're treading on thin water. reply
