When me & my ex first started going out, we promised each other that if we broke up we'd still be best friends, like we were before. So, we broke up & ever since then everything has gotten worse. At first we were friends, but now its like, we hate each other. He thinks its funny when I cry or when Im mad at him. We broke up for a lot of reasons & the fight at the end was NOT pretty. We just keep bringing that fight back. We have fights every night. I mean, I want to be friends with him, but I have so much on my plate already that I just cant take wasting my time fighting with him every night. Last night, I was talking to his best friend & asked to to see what my ex thought of me. His best friend told me that my ex thought I was really annoying. He also told me that my ex doesnt want to be friends at all. When I heard that, I surprised myself from breaking down & crying. Crying for everything. I felt like I was crying because my carpet was purple; for no reason. I never thought i would be crying because of my best friend.
I guess everyone is just not always what they seem.

But, we havent talked all day and I think he is ignoring me.
If he loved me so much, wouldnt he have texted me or something?
It was 11:11 and I was about to make my wish.
"I Wish that-" Then, my phone went off.
It was a text from him;
"Hey, baby. Im sorry i havent talked to you all day.
Dont worry, im okay. I will call you tommorrow,
my phone is dying. I love you. I Promise."

Our whole lives are made up of choices.
Sometimes, before you make a choice you think its the best thing for you,
then you see where you end up and you know you were wrong.
Sometimes, you can see where youll end upp.
Sometimes, you cant.
I didnt know which to choose
but i just couldnt give my life away that easily.
I knew that if i chose to stay with you, i could end up like you.
I know, we were bestfriends.
So, thats why you have to understand
why i couldnt stay. Who knows, maybe if i stayed with you
you would have stopped the smoking, cutting, and pot.
Maybe, youll finally figure out why you lost all
