Dear "Old Wittians",
You're all saying how Witty has "changed" and bullying is getting out of control and how all the "new wittians" do is "jock" quotes.
First off, of course Witty has changed. Everything changes. Look at yourself? Are you the same person you were this time last
year? Or even last month? Change is a part of life, and even if you don't particularly like it, it's ineveitable.
Second off, yes this bullying completly wrong, but why always look at the negative side? Have you seen how many people stick up for others who are being bullied? The number of people doing the right thing outweighs the bad by a long shot. I think it's great that people make quotes about raising awareness about it, but instead why don't we just try stopping it? Bullies aren't welcome anywhere; let them know that (*don't be a buly about it*). Also, you have to remember that Witty, like others, is a social networking site. there's always people on there for the sole purpose of making others feel miserable. Is it right? No, but this isn't a sancutary, as much as we'd like to think it is.
Third, yes the "new wittians" "jock" quotes, but it's not just them. If every single one of your quotes are 100% original, props to you. I know I've done it. Inspirational stuff we see on tumblr, funny stuff we see on twitter, stupid stuff we see on facebook, or whatever else. No, you shouldn't have every one of your quotes be from someone else, but if it means something to you I think you should be able to post it. Give credit to the owner and move on with your lives. If you don't like something DON'T FAVORITE IT. If you know it's someone else's work then tell the person who "jocked" it to give credit and let that be the end of it.
Finally, no one is forcing you to be on this website. If you're really that unhappy with how Witty has changed then find another website, there's pleanty out there.

Think before you act. If you would get offended or hurt by something, don't say it. Treat others how you want to be treated because most people on here are genuinly good people with open ears if you need help.
