when you think of a girls best friend, you might think of them having sleepovers and long talks til the night ends. chocolate, shopping, and upsessing over your latest crush. but if it's not and it's a really sweet cute guy who you could talk to about anything at any time and he wouldn't tell you to hush. that was until the summer came. living in a little small town and shared between the two of you was not even a word or sound. you wonder who's fought it was to blame. you just wish things could still be the same as they were during your 7th grade year. now you just try to hold back your hurt and tears when there wasn't any fears about what would happen between the two of you. now your just sad and blue. all you have left is the memories and the good times when you and him for just like two peas in a pod and didn't care if your friends thought it was odd. now in the middle of 8th grade you thought you had it made. you think your friendship is mended, but there's still a doubt...had all that closeness ended? you can't be sure and only time will tell. that's the past and there's still hope for the future. now is not the time to dwell.
