im not happy ttoday. i ate too much. like way too much. more than i EVER eat. once i allow myself to eat one thing, i basically give up. i hate myself. i hate myself for that. i wish i was different. i wish i could look in the mirror and actually like what i see. i. hate. being. me. i just want to feel special. like someone actually caress.

i planned out what im eating tomorrow. just so i dont go overboard and eat too much like i did today. i. hate. my. weight. i hate how much i eat. i hate how i look. i hate everything. everything. i wish i was lucky enough to be skinny. i cant believe i gained 6 pounds. im 5'4" and almost 120. how could i ever let myself get to be my weight!? ive never ever been over 120. ever. hell ive never even gotten up to 120. i need to lose this weight. desperately. i hide in sweatshirts and baggy pants. why did i get this way. ?
