if you want to lose weight: make sure you're being healthy about it, thats the most important thing. really you have to focus on eating healthy and exercising. for eating try to replace junk food with healthy food like fruits, crackers, etc. and maybe replace most soda-ish drinks with water or juice. for exercising if you get bored with the old like running and situps and stuff then try going to seventeen.com, that has good exercises that all work well and theyre not boring :) and if you get bored of trying to eat healthy then try looking up yummy healthy recipes on google or something :) for me i always get bored of the regular stuff so i try to find ways to make it fun :) good luck! :) reply
