   i cut my self again today i just couldnt stop i went to the bathroom during class and closed the door next minet i pull my scew from my pocket i dont know why i just could not deal with it any longer and now im back in class with like 10 bandaids on my wrist and i cant take my jumper off but its like 30 degrees. i want to stop so badly

   i know i dont seem like the type of girl to have a eating dissorder but i do every night i make myself throw up eveything i have eat i know it wrong but i cant help it i get to school and through all my food in the bin. i dont now why i did cut for a while and i can still see the scars when i look on my wrist i want to stop but i just cant
