Chapter 1
"Sophia, do you want to come to New York with me, Demi, Lylaa and Cruz?" Adam ask's me willingly.
"When?" I ask. I was considering going with them, but my mom probably wouldn't let me.
She's way to over-protective about me.
I am Sophia Newbrook. Demi Harris, Lylaa Jones, Adam Frewich, and Cruz Davis we're my best friends. We go everywhere together, and nobody can ever separate us.
We're peas in a pod -- you could say that -- we're so strong together.
"Friday," Demi answers casually. "Oh," I say. Megan's wedding was then, and mom said I had to go.
Megan and I we're enemies since day one - I really didn't want to go to her wedding.
"You hate her. And no matter what your mom say's, your coming as long as you want to come," Adam says.
"Please, it won't be the same without you! Lylaa won't come if you don't come, and Cruz won't come if Lylaa won't come, and then we have no choice but to cancel it if it's just me and Demi." Adam proves.
"My mom won't let me go, you know, and she's giving me no choice to skip the wedding, so, I'm sorry guys," I say. I hated letting them down, though I'd do ANYTHING to pass the wedding ad go on holidays to New York with my best friends.
"We've asked her 'bout it, and she's very happy about it. She says 'I've been keeping her behind, that's because she's the last child I'll have. She can go if she wishes,' so you can come!" Demi jumps excitedly.
Why didn't they ask me first, though? Yeah, of course I'd of said yes to go, but still... What if I was ill or something?
"Sophia, stop worrying, everything will be fine. Trust me."
