oh,welll i wake up in the morning because thats when its the coolest and run for a mile by myself.Then at practice(we have it everyday) we run two miles for freshman and the others run three.You could also look online for core workouts and stuff like that.Just make sure you run a lot.But do it at your own time,whatever your body can handle.Hope that helped?
