So once there was this rain shower at our school.
The day had been sunny and it'd been warm, so the rain felt, honestly, just like a warm shower.
It was the transition period between classes, so I set down my stuff and stood in the rain, looking up to the clouds, feeling the drops splash on my face.
A boy standing under the roof asked me 'Why are you looking up?'
'Because looking up is so much better than looking down,' I said.
The next time there was a warm shower, I saw him looking up at the clouds next to me.
He glanced over and our eyes met. 'I just realized,' he said with a grin, 'looking up is much better than looking down. Thanks for that.'

So this kid in my class was doing filming this dance in front of the green screen in our tech classroom - for what, heaven knows. Then he decides that he looks like an idiot and gets up (he'd been essentially rolling around on the floor) to turn the camera off.
But this other guy in my class decides that he's going to jump into the green screen (he hadn't known the scene was going to be cut) to surprise both the 'dancer' and the cameradude, but he trips on a chair and does an unintended but extremely cool flip-thing. He punches a hole in the green screen with the heel of his foot.
The cameradude was so incompetent, though, that he couldn't stop the camera from rolling, so we got the whole thing on tape, and we watch it over and over again in slow motion because you could hear the 'whump' that his shoe made from going through the green screen.
It was pretty funny.

So I was in math today, and normally I'm super talkative during math class - like giving answers and discussing homework and such - and I was being super quiet for really no reason at all. Then my math teacher says 'Why are you so quiet?' and I'm like 'Well, nobody plans a murder out loud.' Then my best friend says 'Who were you going to murder?' and I'm just sitting there for a second and then I say, 'Um, that's kind of the point of planning isn't it?'
