chapter uno. (:
I looked out the rainy window. I could only see green meadows for miles. Green, green, green. That’s all that this town had. It was nothing like New York City, where everything was lit up and flashing and exciting. And just to top it off, I was going to a new school. In the dead middle of the year. I wasn’t even going to a clean, advanced private school. I was going to a ghetto, dirty, stupid public school filled with dropouts. Spectacular, that was exactly what I wanted.
I wasn’t good at making friends, either. I had never had a boyfriend. There was nothing special about me, nothing different. I could never be popular, but I could never fit in with the geeks even if I wanted to. I wasn’t particularly athletic, and I wasn’t great at art either. I mean, I guess I was smart; I got straight A’s at a private school… But that was it.
My appearance wasn’t that great either. I had normal skin, no acne. It wasn’t tan, but it wasn’t pale. My hair was long, straight, and brown. I wasn’t tall or short. I wasn’t ugly or fat, but I was definitely not skinny or pretty. The only thing that was nice about me was my eyes. They were emerald green. Literally, they were the color of emeralds. So I guess my eyes are cool, but who notices you for your eyes? People might just comment on them, but they won’t fall in love with you or anything. Oh well.
So that is why having to go to a public school in Stupidsville (Okay, fine that’s not its name… It’s called Creeksville…) totally sucks. Need any more info? Didn’t think so.
Soo. What do you guys think? Should I keep on writing? (:
