   Well, this isnt really a confession. But lately I've been thinking about how its super hard to trust someone. Think about it... Someone tells their friend something and tells them not to tell anyone. The friend that hears the secret tells another person, but tells them not to tell anyone. Then that person tells another person but tells them not to tell anyone. And so on. I do this to. It's honestly hard not to. I tell my best friend everything, even the stuff people tell not to tell anyone. It's scary how that works. Am I the only one who thinks this?

   I get horrrrible periods. About once every 3 months I get cramps so bad that I throw up, and have horrible headaches and a fever. I almost pass out. This month it happened and I was home alone and it was terrifying.

    Ever since 3rd grade, I've been taking these meds to help my anxiety. I used to have panic attacks and horrible stomach aches from anxiety. I had stomach aches so I didn't eat that much, because I always felt like I was going to throw up. I got dangerously skinny. It was terrifying. I still take the pills now, even though I probably don't need them anymore. I'm scared to not take them anymore, I don't want all the anxiety to come back. No one knows this except my parents.
    I'm so embarrassed that I take these.
