You have to let her down easy. I had that too, my best friend really like this guy but I knew he didn't like her. I slowly put it into her head. You don't want to flat you tell her just ease into it. See if there is other guys she likes or get her interest off the guy she likes. You at a point have to tell her he doesn't feel the same. You could let it go slowly or flat out tell her..
