HI!!!

I just discovered Witty recently and I must say I think it is AWESOME!

I'm an Aussie girl, and a Steiner child through and through :) I'm in Year 12, which on this side of the globe we call college for some reason or other :P
I love all the old-fashioned stuff like knitting and sewing and bookbinding, and though I love movies I also love reading. I love camping and hiking but I'm no good at any sports, although I used to play field-hockey. I love playing violin. I love writing but I never have the ideas or the time (they give you waay too much homework in college :P )

I love nature and all the colours of the rainbow, but my favourite colour in the world is TURQUOISE, largely because it is the only colour in which I look any good, but also just because it is awesome.
I love romantic analogies, as well as funny ones :) I also like to find quotes and songs which I can apply to my own life. Just me?
I have this awesome boyfriend who, unlike many guys anywhere, is NICE as well as gorgeous and is actually the sweetest guy ever. Love you Harley!!!
I just wanna say to everyone bothering to read this that you are Beautiful no matter what anyone tells you or even what you tell yourself. If you're not eating, go get yourself a plate of food right now. If you cut, stop it, its not worth the while because things will get better, and you will be left with the scars of a silly decision you made. Trust me; I know.
I hope that when you find the right person, they find you as well!!!

You know that girl, who seems to be leading some poor boy on, even though she has a boyfriend?
That poor, depressed boy who is nearly suicidal already?
Well, try not to be tooo hard on her if you dont know her story.
She might never have asked to be in this situation.
It could just be that he broke her heart, and now he wants her again but she's taken.
She could want to be his friend, but doesn't know where the line is.
She might not be cheating.
She might not want to lead him on.
She might just be walking a very narrow tightrope, trying to keep everybody happy without breaking her neck.
Don't be too hard on her. She might just end up being you one day.

What do you do when
you have a gorgeous, loving and caring boyfriend who would do absolutely anything for you and wants to marry you one day
and then you find out that your other guy friend, who broke your heart two years ago and who you've been trying to help through his depression
you go riding with him and you find out that he's in love with you?? That he wishes he'd never pushed you away? This is the guy who you spent a year trying to get over, before your boyfriend came along.
And there's no way in hell you'd break your boyfriend's heart
but
you're not exactly indifferent to this guy
and every time he gets down and depressed, you'd do anything to try and lift him
so...
what do you do?

So there was this guy. Name of Rob. A year, two years ago he was the crush of my life. On school camp he held my hand and held me but it never really went any further because i knew he was kinda... promiscuous and didn't want to get mixed up in that kinda thing, i was only in year nine anyway.
Then he started getting into drugs and stuff and i figured he was bad news and left him alone, though i'd still talk to him at school and stuff, joke with him, laugh at him when he was doing somenthing stupid. Nag him about coming to the school orchestra till he figured it was too uncool for him.
At the end of Year Ten, he left and went to a different college. I only saw him once or twice this year, heard rumours that he'd shaved half his head off, that he was in with a group doing drugs, that he was getting better and was going to do year eleven again next year and was holding down a steady job.
Today he hung himself.
Rob killed himself.
I don't understand. They said he was getting better. I didn't think i needed to worry about him.
WHY????
