Who am i kidding, i dont even have scars yet.
The cuts are still as fresh as the day you gave them to me.
The pain is still just as bad.

He's like a scab that keeps getting picked at
As soon as I think its going to heal, everytime i finally feel better, he picks at the scab.
And im done being scarred from it.

Its too little too late. I need more than a thought.
Everytime ive had hope of faith in him its been crushed.
Him coming in and out of my life hurts more than if i would just end it all completely.
So thats what im doing. I'm taking care of me. I'm doing what he should be doing.
You know what it feels like when someone asks you what he's like
and all I can think is hes like a scab that keeps getting picked at?

Every wish & dream i made that didnt come true
I'm not upset about anymore.
When i wished for them I wanted them to make me happy.
I wanted them to get me out of the pain and heartache i was feeling.
But because of that pain and heartache
I'm stronger and better than before.
I can love and trust more wisely.
I can be me and not worry about what everybody else thinks.
I cant sit here and tell you I love you more than anything and you're all I want truthfully.
I can honestly say I'm happier than I have ever been.

Lately i just feel numb everytime i think about him.
I know he doesnt care.
No matter how many times he says he loves me or misses me
i know he will never care enough to make one change.
I think thats what really hurts the most.
