My name's Codie & I'm 15. I'm in highschool & I love it so far! I've met some amazzzzing people who've become great friends of mine. & I've met some people who've proven to me that I always need to watch out for myself- no matter how legit they seem. I'm completely in love with God. I definitely believe that music is, and always will be, a huge thing in my life. I can't go a day without listening to SOME sort of music. I'm way addicted to Witty & Tumblr. I'm a country girl! Definitely. Haha. I love love love love love love LOVE The Hunger Games. I'll marry Peeta someday. (; I'm into photography and I even write some. I'm on Wattpad so if you wanna read some of my stuff, or you want me to read yours- leave me a comment & I definitely will either give you my link or check out yours. Another thing- I'm a hopeless romantic. -__-
I'm one of those people that want to make everyone feel welcome no matter what- I can make you feel like you belong. I always am smiling and laughing in front of people & I like making people laugh. I've had a rough time in my life- but hey.. haven't we all? I've learned to move on and live life with all I have. I really don't like most of Taylor Swift's songs that much- because they're sooo repetitive- but I LOVE her song she did with The Civil Wars "Safe and Sound." It's for The Hunger Games movie! :DD

But I'm getting tired of typing random stuff for right now.

My 2yearold sister Brooklyn, my mom(who I don't live with), my dad, my REAL brother Dallas(don't live w/ him either), my mawmaw & pawpaw, and my cousins.
^That's family. I have a ton of friends, but not as close as these people-
Hannah, Jordan, Tiffany, Elizabeth, and Jacob P. (BESTfriends), Olivia, Kasandra, Breyonna, Tyler, Casey, Noah, Nick, Brandon, Bradley, and Cassidy are all really important to me.

I'm sorry I need to vent..
I honestly don't get why a girl can suddenly turn her back to someone who was her bestfriend for years. Over something stupid! I 'ignore' you for two seconds & get a couple new friends? BIG DEAL! Seriously.. I'm even trying to be nice on facebook and you delete my comments. So much for being the 'best of friends.' I trusted you with everything & you turn around and act like this. I wouldn't be surprised if you turned around and told everybody anything I've ever trusted you with. I'm really glad I do have other friends that I CAN trust. Unlike you, obviously. I always gave you a helping hand and I was always there to help you. So why this? Why now? You've put me down, tried to make it seem like my fault, and even turned some of my other friends against me! I have two friends that really don't believe your crap. & I'm so freaking thankful for that. I'm always told I'm stupid & ugly enough as it is, I don't need someone I trusted my life with telling me those things too. Maybe we're not meant to be friends. I used to suspect you were always two-faced.. but I brushed it off because I assumed you wouldn't be like this. How wrong I was!
Well have fun with your life. May whoever has to be your friend & makes the mistake of trusting you realize you're a horrible person before it's way too late- like I did.

We met in kindergarten. We were best friends.
She always told me she loved my eyes. I didn't quite know why.
I was in love with her, so of course my face lit up immensely whenever she said it.
She was beautiful, kind, and extremely funny.
We'd be talking about nothing, and she'd turn to me and whisper,
"I like your eyes."
One day, I was playing basketball,
waiting for her to drive over to my house to have a game with me.
Suddenly, I got a phone call.
It was her mom. She was in a panic.
I couldn't quite understand what she was saying. It sounded like,
"Aaron, come quick! Kelsey, accident, Main Street! Blood. Come now!"
I had no clue what happened,
so I ran to Main Street with my basketball shorts and a tee shirt on.
I saw Kelsey's mom helplessly crying, waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
I saw a totaled car, blood everywhere.
Then I saw her, Kelsey.
My heart stopped as I frantically ran over to her.
"Kelsey? Kelsey!" She was unconscious. I started crying.
I know it isn't very manly, but I couldn't help it.
Before I could say anymore, the medics took her away,
the main source of blood coming from her head.
I went to the hospital that night,
I went every night.
in fact, the only time I left was to go out to eat, but that's it.
The doctors tried getting me to leave, but I refused.
It was all my fault.
If it wasn't for me, wanting to play basketball with her,
she wouldn't be going through this.
It was already four days, and she hasn't woken up.
On the fifth day, I saw her eyes gently open.
"Kelsey?" I called.
She wasn't quite awake yet.
Suddenly, doctors came rushing in, telling me I had to wait outside.
I did, for a few hours.
One of the doctors finally came out saying,
"I understand that you're Kelsey's friend, Aaron?"
"Yes," I whispered.
He bit his lip.
"She woke up, she's fine,
but I'm afraid she has long term memory loss."
"Are you serious?" I almost shouted.
"I'm afraid so."
I didn't meet his gaze. I couldn't.
I wasn't going to say anything, so he spoke again.
"You can go see her if you want,
but she doesn't remember anything, not even her mom."
I walked in, trembling in horror.
I saw her. She looked helpless as she slept.
I waited a few hours, until I saw her eyes opening gently again.
I expected doctors to run in, rushing me out.
Instead, she looked me straight in the eyes, and whispered,
"I don't know you, but I like your eyes."
