oh my goodness dont hate yourself . i feel the same way sometimes but you have to remember we're all humans. we all make mistakes. it's not preventable. everyone is going to screw up in their life on numerous occasions. everyone's going to regret and wish for a time machine. everyone does that. so don't hate yourself. if you want to change, determine whats making you feel this way. when you figure that out, manipulate and change the way youre acting or feeling to the way you want to act or feel. just dont hate yourself. we all do crazy and dumb and unintelligent things and we always will. so don't blame yourself for everything. it isn't always you. reply
