   I have a "friend" who hates her life.
   Her friends all turned on her. The love of her
   life is now dating her "best friend". Her parents fight
   constantly with each other and her. She misses her
   brother and sister who both went away to college. She
   has a crazy disease that makes her hair fall out.
   she cries every time she's reminded of what she did
   to herself by looking at her wrists. and her best guy friend
   ditched her as soon as someone greater came along.

   i had a best friend in sixth grade we were friends
   since preschool, we were practically sisters and
   called each other's parents mom & dad. in seventh
   grade we had a fall out and in eighth grade her father
   passed away. the last memory her dad had of me
   was the girl who was mean to his daughter. forever
   i will be regretful

   sometimes i wonder if i died tomorrow
   if the one person i used to be BEST friends with
   would come, to my funeral because i don't know
   about her but i know for a fact i still love her like a sister.

    one time when i was really upset i cut,
    and it didn't help anything i just did. &
    i thought if someone noticed i'd tell them
    what i did and would get help but
