Chapter 2
I woke up one morning to my skype ringing.
"Hey Kinley! You crazy? You just got up?!?"
My bestfriend, Charlie screamed into the microphone
. "Well some people don't get up as early as you.. 4:45? You're calling me crazy?" I said mumbling.
"Hahaha, very funny." She said.
"What's up with you? You seem sad"
"Oh nothing, it's just early I guess" I said.
No one knows about my depression not even my bestfriends or my parents.
"Come on I know there's something up." She said impatient waiting for me to tell her what's wrong.
" "Yea, the sky's up." I said putting on that fake smile that seemed to fool everyone. Even my bestfriend.
"Haha, alright good." She said smiling.
Right then I got a text from my boyfriend.
From: Mason the hottest person in the world. [;
Hey babe, Pick you up in five?
CB: Unavaliable
Dec 8, 9:10 pm
I looked at my time not realizing what time it is.
"Wow Charl, I gotta get ready I had no clue what time it is. I'll see you soon."
I said hurrying to get off so I can get ready
. "Okey, Bye Chicka." She said smiling while eating her bagel
. I quickly got ready and heard Mason beep his horn
I ran downstairs put on my gray boots with heels and ran down my steps.
Then I saw something in Mason's windows that I never wanted to see.
I could've died right there.
Was he really kissing another girl?
He brought her here on purpose.
Of course, another one of Mason's dick move.
