Hey, I'm just trying to help. You're not going to lose weight by overworking yourself; that kind of stress can actually be counterproductive and make you gain weight, especially if it's not accompanied by eating healthily.

heyy thanx for making me do push ups! haha since i dont have a treadmill im running with my dog. i already went for a jog around my block. which is bout 1/2 mile long. and i already have to do another! i think my dog is gunna lose some weight too!!! hahhahahaha

when you're still growing, you gain weight before you get taller. i was really short when i was like 11 and i gained alot of weight, but then i grew int it. you'll be fine :)

i was the same way. all the girls were skinny as and the only reason was cuz they didn't go through puberty. how tall are you, anyways?
