1) I often feel sad and anxious. yes.
2) I feel worthless and/or guilty. Most of the time.
3) I'm easily irritated. Indeed.
4) My appetite has changed drastically.No.
5) I don't enjoy things I used to like to do. Sort of.
6) I have little or no energy. A little.
