I'm still
in the closet...
When I tried telling my dad, he simply took it as a joke.
When I told my mom, she said I was confused.
When I told my best friend, she told me she didn't know who I was anymore.
When my bestfriend told her mom,
her mother told her I was toxic and a bad influence.
She told my BESTFRIEND to stay away from me.
To never speak to me again.
Being anything but straight here is severely frowned upon,
because the Bible says it isn't okay.
What will everyone think when my sexuality hasn't changed in 10 years from now.. What will think then? Will they be ashamed of themselves? Will they judge me? Will they accept me?
What's going to happen when they see...
I know who I am and what I want.

She cut, she starved herself, she cried herself to sleep everynight, she didn't know what love was, she's used to rejection, she had a bad childhood, she's extremely insecure.
In society's eyes,
This makes her ugly. This makes her laughable. Everybody always has something to say about her. She's easy to target and make fun of, because she's insecure.
She still puts a smile on her face.
But there may still be that one day when she can't take it anymore. She'll convince herself it only takes one bullet, and it won't make a difference to anyone. She pulls the trigger. And these days, it's society's fault.
Think before you speak.
It's society's fault people like her had a reason to fear rejection.
You don't know what everyone has gone through.
Everyone has their own personal story.
Even you.

Vulnerabilities and insecurities are who make you.. You. Your past and your stories will play a part in your future. Don't let those bad feelings and thoughts play a part in your future. Get off that scale. Put that knife down. Stop staring at the mirror. Live. Don't waste your time moping about how you need to lose weight. Or why you can't get that guy.
There's someone out there for you. If you guys are really meant to be, there's nothing to change about you for him. Hating yourself isn't an option. Stop listening to those sad songs, put that damn ice-cream away. Live thrill. Taste excitement.
