   I sat down on the couch, and thought. Why should I care? All she ever did was yell, scream, and beat me. Maybe it was for the bestm maybe it was for the wrost. I planned to keep it a secret, from everyone....except Kenize. "My mom got ahold of that pill, I think she over dosed I really can't tell, since she's always passed out." I hit send on that I thought I had sent to Kenzie.
   There was no answer for a while, I went and looked at the text I had sent. I wantted to die. It didn't get sent to Kenzie, it got sent to Bradon. "perfect...." I yelled.
   I called him, trying to convice him it was a joke. He didn't believe me.
   "Could this night get any worse?" i thought to myself.
   Oh but it did, Brandon said he was coming over, What did I do with my mom? Hid her. Where? the shed. *mistake number one* I thought he'd never look there he didn't. But when he walked in that door,I see a look on his face I'd never seen before. It was fear. I didn't know what to say.
   He broke up with me, just hours ago, why was he here?

   "Get in" Kenzie shouted. I got in the car and we drove over to her house.
   "You ready to talk yet? " "No." I said my eyes were wattering. " I...I just can't believe this. Three more days, it would have been a year. What did I do wrong? " Kenzie just shook her head.
   After sometime, I thought it was about time to go home. Kenzie drove me home and handed me a sleeping pilll welll ,it looked like a sleeping pill. "Take that. You'll feel okay when you wake up." When I got inside I say my mom sitting there on the phone, giving me a dirty look. I put the pill on the counter and got something to drink. I forgot about the pill completely. I walked up stairs and went in my room. I was in there listening to music that reminded me of Brandon. I guess at some point my mom took the pill and used it. I came down stairs to find her passed out on the floor. "This is all my falut." I thought to myself.

   "Just like that? It's over?" I screamed down the hallway as I covered my face and walked into the girls bathroom. I went in the biggest stall threw my books at the wall and sat down on the floor.
   "Kayla? You okay?" I heard Kenzie whisper. "Not at all." I screamed back. I felt bad for yelling at her, but she didn't seem to notice. "Should I call your mom to come get you? " "That's only gonna make this wrose!" I cried. "Let me know if you change your mind." She said back as she walked out more calm than ever. "Really? It would be a week this Friday" I stared typeing on my phone. I deleted it.
   I wasn't ready to even talk to him. I sat in that bathroom for about 2 hours, I didn't want anyone to see me, so I walked home. Almost two miles. My heart was shattered. I felt like I was dying. Bradon just broke my heart into a million pieces, I really just wanted this day to end.
   I screamed about half way home. Freezing cold, I had no other choice but to call Kenzie and ask her to get me. This walk home wasn't worth it. I need help and I needed it now.
   "Hello?" Kenzie answered.
   "Can you do me a huge favor? And come get me? I 'm walking home and it's freezing, I can't go home like this" I was almost in tears.
   "Be right there, why didn't you just call your mom? " She asked as if she didn't know the answer.
   "Because, I'm already upset becauseof Brandon, She'll get angry with me and smack me, you know that, please Kenzie?"
   "I'm almost there."
