Chapter Three
It's been a week since summer vacation started. I've done absolutely nothing the whole time. It's kinda disappointing that i'm becoming pretty much friendless. It was the wednesday after vacation started when i decided to go to the neighborhood pond. I put on my favorite bikini- purple with white polkadots- grabbed a towel , my ipod , and put on sun screen.
It took me about 10 minutes to get there. Right away i put my headphones in my ears, and laid down on my towel. Pretty much no people i knew were there because not a lot of kid's parents give their 13 year old daughters the freedom to walk around like mine does. The girls where i live are pretty mature for our age, but a lot of us arent trusted anyway :T . Any ways, so i was laying there listening to music when i saw a shadow fall over me .it stayed there for quite some time, so i looked up to stare into the eyes of the one and only, ben.
ben: Heey, Aria , right?
Me; yeah, hi ben, stalking me , i see?
ben; haha youu wish .
me; looks like my wish came true then. cuz here you are, stalking me.
ben; oh shussh. anywaaays, you just gonna sit there, or do you wanna go swimming?
me; eeeehhh, ill think about it.
ben; you dont exactly have a chance actually.
me; wha-
before i could say anything he picked me up and i could swear he was gonna throw me in , with my ipod and everything. but as if to read my mind, he put me down, took my ipod from me, and put it on my towel. then he went to go pick me up again but i ran away.
me; catch me if you caaan!
he ran after me, booy he was fast. he caught up to me within seconds but i kept going. all the way to the edge of the pond. then 3,2,1 i suddenly skidded to a stop and he kept running, falling into the watter.
ben; helllppp! *gasp* i cant * gasp* swimm *gasp*
he went under water and i immedietly jumped in to save him. oh my gosh what am i gonna do. he's freaking drowning, what if i cant save him. i started to panic. i found his arm and started to pull him up, when all of a sudden he popped up and splashed me.
ben; GOTCHYA !
me; OMG I HATE YOU. I WAS WORRIED SICK I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA DIE.
ben; but i didnt.. haha.
i contiuously splashed him and he splashed me back. could this be the beginning of the summer romance i've been dreaming of? <3
