Don't tell me i don't know what it is like when i try to take you to the positivity.
I've suffered from depression for 3 and a half years and in that time have been medicated and been hospitalised for suicide attempts and self harm.
Yes, not every body goes through the exact same thing, but let me tell you..i know what it's like.
what it's like to feel like you are the only one in the world who is suffering and you have yourself to blame, and yes i know it's horrible, but if you got yourself a problem... there is always a solution..
trust me, when you recover it is the best feeling in the world, like you've jumped off a cliff but instead of falling to your death you fly with all your might.
i don't want to sound like Mother Theresa but TRUST ME.
please please please don't destroy yourself and let the world win.
you may only be an ant compared to the world we live in, but you have the mind of a god, you've experienced it and you know what it's like.
you've seen the harsh reality of life.
but their are always two sides to a story, now it's time to live on the other.
i don't even know what I'm saying any more but know that you are not alone.
