Flawless
chapter 3
We picked Cole up and were on our way! We talked about random stuff, who was going to the party, gossip, and such. We got there and music was blasting we hit the dance floor right away. It was on the beach, there was a small snack shop and everyone was there. We were having so much fun, me, Holly, and Jessie. Dancing the night away, i needed this, a chance to just let go. A slow song came on, us being all single, left the floor and went to go get some water at the shack. We sat around and talked for a bit when Cole came over. We were talking when another slow song came on. Cole looked right at me. Wait, why was he looking at me? I kept looking at him too, I was waiting for him to look away. Out of the corner of my eye I could see my friends faces. Confused but smiling. He stood up, and said "come on, lets go dance"
I was speachless, I said okay and we walked away. We were dancing, we started out like a foot apart, my arms around his neck his around my waist. We were slowly getting closer. I will never forget, my favorite song was on, 'We owned the night' by Lady A. We were looking into eachothers eyes when he leaned in to kiss me. It was flawless. He was perfect, this was perfect, but a million things were going through my head. I barely know him, what will everyone else say? What ever, I didn't care. I was kissing this amazing boy, on the beach. We stopped kissing, we were smiling. I probably looked like a fool with this huge smile on my face. But I didnt care.
