It's going to take all my will power to not text him at all anymore. He's hurt me and I just need to let go and move on. I don't know if he meant to be mean or if he's just joking, but he took it to far. I used to love him, but now he's just tearing me down. It's a New Year I need a fresh start. A chance to be myself and not try to be the girl he wants me to be. I deserve better. We've become so close, but I just can't do it anymore. I hope I'm strong enough to not talk to him.

What are you suppose to do when your ex who you are still super close with tells you basically the only reason he doesn't want to date again is because he doesn't want to hurt you again? How do you tell him that it hurts more trying to move on, and not being with him??

I'm starting to see that I'm just being used. I am really nice and do things for people, and then they just do/ say mean things to me. Like why am I so nice? Sometimes I wish I was more of a bit**:/ Basically I'm a doormat and let people walk all over me.
