Today, I was in hospital.
Whilst I was getting an injection, an elderly lady was wheeled in on a stretcher.
She'd just tripped over onto concrete and severly damaged her brain.
When I stole a glance at her, she gave me the most beautiful smile I'd ever seen.
R.I.P angel.
