Kiss of a Killer
Chapter one:
Shakira’s POV
As I walked silently through the hallway of this new school, my twin sister Rhiannon followed behind me. As I walked I thought about everything that had happened, about everything that was going to happen, as I tried to ignore the staring and whispers of other students lining the hallways and stairwells. Caught up in my own thoughts, I didn’t even notice as I walked directly into him. As my bags fell to the ground he leant down to help me. “Are you alright?” he murmured politely. “Yeah I’m fine, sorry about that” I replied. As I got up I finally looked to see who this mysterious stranger was, and it was only then I realised how gorgeous he was. His tan skin contrasted with his nearly black hair, which was flipped slightly across his face and just swept across his eyes, his deep chocolate coloured eyes… “Hey, I’m Kyle” he said, just as I realised I was staring. “I’m Ru, I mean Shakira” I told him shakily, I wasn’t totally used to my new identity yet. Just then a bell rang. “That’s my bell for football training, sorry, I gotta go, but nice meeting you, I’ll show you around sometime” he said as he held out a pinky. I shook it and continued towards my dorm.
